Tier Definitions
Basic - Unfinished as it came out of the mold.
Tier 1 - Certain finishes that require a minimum bo preparation to apply. All tier 1 pieces will have at least a sealer coat applied.
Tier 2 - Finishes that require a substantial amount of hand application in addition in addition to the finish applied for Tier 1 applications.
Tier 3 - Generally a tier 2 finish with the application of metalic powders added to the final finish and then burnished to exose the metal. These finishes can have patinas artificially created. It is recommended, however, that the piece be allowed to produce its own patina as it ages.l
